Support Time Blocks
On-site and phone support is available for network administration, troubleshooting and diagnoses of system problems, and most application questions.  All blocks purchased can be used throughout the year, monthly statements are sent showing usage. Time blocks of 2, 4, 8, 20, and 40 hours are available for purchase.

Troubleshooting
Dallas Computer Repair system specialists are available to troubleshoot individual systems on-site, whether it's a hardware or software problem. We also offer extended evening and weekend hours to minimize disruption.

System Repair
On-site repair is available for most major brands of servers and workstations. We also repair industry standard built-to-order compatible computers. Ship-in service is available upon request.

System Upgrades
System upgrades, such as memory, CPUs, hard drives, or printers can be purchased in your behalf delivered and installed on-site.
